sarahstell Hi dee! I am so sorry about the watch not working, it has been in storage so something must have happened or the heat got to it? I’m really not sure but it was in working condition when I wore it but the batt died and I never replaced. I would suggest contact PM support and you can get a full refund. My apologies again! Keep the watch and I will give you money back!
