bdronkers I am tying to contact you regarding a swimsuit you received and have a 1 star rating. I am so upset, because all of our suits are new (and inspected). I have never had a bad review. I’m not sure what to do to make sure this is correct. Perhaps it got dirty while packing in our warehouse.

sciarrascloset @bdronkers Thanks for reaching out. I messaged you when I made the purchase. The product arrived while I was OOT, so I was unable to inspect it before it was automatically accepted by POSH. When I opened the bag, I noticed there were faint yellow stains on it & the inside protective liner was missing, indicating to me that it was used. If you think your warehouse is responsible for not inspecting the product closely enough, I would discuss the issue with them so that it doesn't happen again.
