honeydigsresale Hey there! I am genuinely so sorry that the shoes were marked incorrectly. Since they weren’t my size I didn’t realize that the marking of “7” didn’t indicate the size of the shoes. I’m not sure if you can still open a case since the sale was completed but If this ever happens again you are able to open up a case on poshmark and they decide whether or not the item can be returned for a full refund. Again I’m so sorry, I know how frustrating it is to purchase an item and it not work out.
