alwayslookgood It is hard to measure becauseof the neckline has stretch , so u would have to add a few inches . I tried it on and it hits me about 6 inches above my knee- but I am very tall. So the best I can tell u is that it is definitely above the knee, but it is still a cover up, u will will feel covered and comfortable. I also have a navy coverup for sale. I tried it on and the hem hits at my leg at about the same point. You can use the measurements of the navy one.It is 32 “.
