jadet4 Hi. You just rated the NWTS Crown & Ivy Dress. I can’t help but ask what was so wrong with the order? You stated slow ship time, wrapping, poor communication, item description and musty smell. I want to know how I could’ve made it a better experience?

jadet4 @dlougheed you can go to your order and click edit. No worries! I just wanted to make sure I didn’t totally mess up. I do apologize for the musty, storage smell. I usually clean the clothes prior to listing but you can’t do that with NWTS items. Have a happy Tuesday. 😊
