hi there, i was packing your lulu jacket and just saw that snap on collar is missing. so it's not in condition as i described. i will be happy to either cancel, cancel and sell for discounted price, or offer or significant discount for future purchase. I am very sorry for this, but glad i have not send it yet!

@dyorki sorry takes long time to reply, just realized that snap button is in place, and the hole that i thought was from missing snap is under collar and not visible at all. still since it damaged i am not comfortable charging you full price and cam cancel order and you can re-buy it for 30$ or choose any item from my closet up to $25 and comment on it and I will just ship it to you with a jacket. thank you for your patience
