lolas_boutique_ @deenabe hi there! I wanted to touch base with you about your mushroom necklace earrings set you purchased from me. It was shipped out timely 2 days . I had no idea it had not tracked, I had several packages to not track or move, I realized it was our new thermal labels, they were obviously crap so we had to reorder and get the correct ones! Some would track and move some wouldn’t. Usps said it was the labels after I spoke with them about the issues.

I sent you a new in bag 925 silver snake chain as an extra because the little twist chain shown in photo ,I have had some issues with them , I NEED to update the listing and I am VERY SORRY I didn’t. But I sent you a way way better silver ball chain much nicer quality will not turn it’s special electroplated over the silver. It’s nice.
