frockology101 Hi Dierdre, I’m sorry, but I cancelled your order for the Betsy Johnson Laptop Bag. Everything about the bag was in like new condition, but while I was packing it for shipment, I noticed that the area where the handles are attached to the rings on the bag are cracked! I guess this is from carrying a laptop & some files in the bag & it put too much stress on the handles. It’s a real shame because it’s in perfect condition if it wasn’t for that!
