jingi10 Hi Deidra got all 3 rings back,told posh to refund you.That was an old return that was refunded already, as to why posh refunds cust prior to us getting item back, maybe automatic. I only can see CA. I did send them pics of box/address as I can’t see how they did not see was not your 🤷‍♀️I got that ring back after she was refunded that caused the confusion & apologise to have put you through that, as you must have felt same way I did & it’s not good 😞
