Hi! I'm Deidre. Thanks for stopping by! I'm a shopper. Maybe an addict would be a better way to currently describe myself. LOL I'm ok with that. I'll sell one day, but it will be my artwork. I do a little of everything, but my true love is mixed media. I teach Paint and Sip classes, and am back in college for a double major in Fine Arts and Art Therapy. galsport @deidre_hines Great question. Poshmark is not only a selling app, it is also a social media app. The more you share your listings, and the more you interact with new poshers, (or all poshers) the more favorable it is for you as a seller. Exposure and engagement lead to more sales. The more you work at both, the more you will sell. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.

suzeeq73 As you start to list items for sale other poshers will share your items with their followers so you have better chances of selling. Likewise it’s always good to share items from your followers to help them as well 🌸🌸

galsport @deidre_hines Well, since I am (ahem) older, it helps me to explain things in terms of what I know. You know when you enter a store and pick something out to try on? And sometimes the salesperson comes in and says, “I noticed you liked that top, here are some pants to go with it”. That is what is happening when someone styles you. You have no obligation to respond. It is just a sales tactic. Not one that I use, but it is a feature of Poshmark. I hope this helps. Glad you reached out.

suzeeq73 @deidre_hines if it says not for sale it may be on hold for a buyer or may have sold on another site. Or seller may have just changed their mind about selling an item. As far as counter offer, are u speaking of a listing that you have made an offer on already?

deidre_hines @suzeeq73 when I heart something, a lot of times the seller will send me a discounted offer on the item and on shipping. I have an option of purchasing, declining, or counter. I once tried to counter with a lower offer than what they were offering, but it knocked the shipping discount off and I ended up offering to pay more. or something like that. 🤯 Needless to say, I haven't tried it since.
