I am so sorry about the necklace. I broke the chain when I went to pack it. I am not sure that it's even fixable I am really embarrassed. If there is anything on my page that you like, I will send it to you for free. Again, I am very very sorry.

2. The wrong label is used for the package, i.e. an older label or non-Poshmark label
3. The package has been misplaced by the postal service
4. The item has accidentally not been shipped and is still lying around

Hi Deirdre, just got your order’s mailed and I sure hope the pre printed labels from Poshmark were correct as each of the 2 orders had your name, but different addresses on it. I really didn’t notice until after walking out of the post office and looked at the receipt. You purchased the two WEN re-moisturizer treatment.
