delarana @clarentza Hi! Thank you for reaching out Marie! I know, and I'm really sorry that you still have not received it. I sent it the same day that you purchased it. But for some reason it's delivery has been delayed. I tracked it several times, and it just says that it is on its way to Miami. I think you also received an email with the tracking number. This has never happened to me before. I try to contact USPS, and will let you know if I receive any updates from them.
