tinafam @rdelaneysmith ok I just emailed posh, I really don’t know what to do in this situation. I guess you can email them too and it does give you the option to send a picture. Go to the page where you accept the order, don’t accept it, look for the option that says I think problem with your order and follow the prompts. If I hear back from them I will message you ASAP and if they get back to you, please let me know what I have to do. I’m so sorry about this.

tinafam @rdelaneysmith you can keep the broken one and just purchase the grey one. I’m not sure I understood what was broken on the aqua one but Hopefully you can remove the same part from the grey one and use it on the aqua one.

tinafam @rdelaneysmith ok so I took this grey eye mask out of the pkg and all the goopy stuff has leaked out. I cancelled your order and you will not get charged. I’m going to call the company and see about a replacement. I’m so sorry - glad I looked at it though
