Good morning. Yesterday, when you rated me a 2 on my beautiful Coach beach bag, I was confused as I have never received a score of anything less than a 5. So today when you changed the score to a 1, I did some investigating. After reading MANY posts on your page, I am less confused. You do you, and complain all you want, just please don’t shop my closet again.

@traceyfrog investigate all you want...your bag smells and is dirtier than you indicated on the post...be honest and transparent and you won’t have to worry about honest feedback from purchasing customers....the bag still smells and has been airing out for 2 days that is why I changed your rating...
