therarae @delilas46 Give these steps a try if your using the app. Go to your Account Tab Tap My Profile Tap Account Info Tap on your email address You will receive a one-time use verification code to enter on the verification screen Enter in your new email address Select Done to save

delilas46 @therarae the email I entered is invalid so they keep sending code to a email that doesn’t exist how do I get new email there

therarae @delilas46 Got it! Go to the frequently asked question and search for “what is two step verification?”. Then scroll to the “what if I didn’t get my code section”. It has a link to reverifying yourself and you can make changes to email or phone numbers you don’t have access there.

therarae @delilas46 Bummer! Looks from my research that an email to customer service is the next option. From the account tab go to Poshmark Support Center, Contact Posh support, to open the mail form. You can choose account as the topic and explain what happened. Looks like this happens frequently and they should get you reset.
