I guess I dont know how to get in contact with you. You purchased the black vest from me. I just want you to know that I live in Nebraska and we have been in floods for a week now. I will get it in the mail tomorrow night. The water is finally going back down. We live on the river with a 1 mile access road which has been under water. I hope that you understand. Thank you
