loriannschmidt Hello there… I’m very frustrated about the Tory Burch bag we mailed over a week ago… Poshmark has been notified but it is still not Tracking… We wanted you to know in case they weren’t updating you that the package was mailed that’s just got to be lost somewhere in the system… Our Dallas post offices have been very erratic since corona started... mailed items show up ...just very late… I’m sorry I wish there was something I could do

loriannschmidt @simpleinvestor it’s never happened before to us either… But now the order is canceled and hopefully you got your money back.. we made an inquiry at the post office and got a message two days ago that it was Tracking and on its way to you..Did it ever arrive?

loriannschmidt @simpleinvestor hello there we still haven’t received money for our bag… They said it was on its way to you did you ever receive it or did you cancel it before it got there? I need to tell the seller something Poshmark just keeps sending me the auto reply over and over and over that they’re researching it which obviously after two weeks they are not.. Did you get your money back?

simpleinvestor @loriannschmidt I did cancel and it was delivered when I was away. I was refunded the money and I will send back once I answer Posh's email to receive the return address info. Sorry we could not make a connection.

loriannschmidt @simpleinvestor we tried! Our address is 6937 Quarterway dr Dallas Tx 75248... We have sent emails every day for two weeks and they’ve never once answered it except for with an automatic reply… It’s not fair to my customer who consigned the bag with us when we don’t even have the bag back or the money to pay them you know what I mean?
