sunnyrey Hello you recently purchased a Free People painter’s cap from me and put that the item was damaged because it was in soft packaging. I feel very badly that you had a negative experience. I am not sure why you did not put in for a return however I would like you to have a positive experience. If you create a listing with pics of the damaged and accurate description I would like to purchase it back.
