frenzypalmtree @demdough oh yeah,lol, if I can stay away from bread , I do great. I lost about 20 lbs eating oatmeal and a 1 Brazil nut a week with my oatmeal. And watch what I eat the rest of the day but it was 3 or 4 small portion through the day so it helped my stomach shrink. I have a friend that's a diabetic and she lost almost 6 lbs in 3 weeks doing this😊
