mq41 Hi, I bought a pair of Amethyst jeans from you and upon receiving them I noticed the zipper was broken. I'd like to know what we can do to remedy this situation. thanks!

missdee0247 @mq41 I checked the jeans before they were shipped out and the zipper wasn’t broken. If the zipper was broken when you received the jeans you needed to make a complaint upon receipt. I would not normally do this but I will split the cost of repair with you. I want to keep my customers happy. So please send me a copy of the receipt when you get a new zipper put in and I will pay half of the cost. I hope this is satisfactory with you.
