geminieyes Hello I was wanting to know if something happen n the shipping process for u to give me a 1 star rating? I know it was n perfect condition when I shipped it. If the 1 star rating was because the color u chose didn’t match that’s not a fair rating. I’m truly sorry it didn’t match your hair, again u did pick out the color. if it was faulty/in bad condition, I would understand but I know that’s not the case. I don’t think that’s what they’re asking when u rate the product. a lil unfair.
