Hi. Just want to reach out to let you know the zipper broke in the ski jacket after washing it. I was packaging it and realized the zipper was broken. Therefore, I cancelled the purchase. I don't want to sell damaged items. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.

We're not sure what happened in transit but promise we wrapped your shirt in tissue paper and sealed the box with scott shipping tape. Based on your feedback we will start doubling the tape.
