madameswens You just received an order from me of Big Star Jeans and gave me 1 star saying got the wrong item. I am so very confused, if you could better explain that would be helpful!

denisesue85 @madameswens I actually didn't know how to do a return. I received a swimsuit instead of jeans. I hit the rating (1 star) by mistake. I think the shipping label was switched with what I'm guessing was a return. So I'm guessing the jeans went to where the swimsuit was supposed to go. I've never had to return anything before so I contacted Poshmark to help me.

madameswens @denisesue85 Oh no I am so sorry. My husband mist of switched the labels when he packaged them for me. I will see what I can do on my end but see if you can contact Posh mark to get your money back

madameswens @denisesue85 If I am able to get the jeans back I will let you know as well but I am assuming I wont. I did notify Poshmark that I sent you the wrong item but they let me know that its up to buyer. I hope this can get resolved and you get your money back!

madameswens @denisesue85 Great, I called Nordstroms where your jeans were shipped by mistake and it doesnt sound like I will be getting those back. Poshmark sent new label but I let then know I dont have your item. I hope they are able to refund you fully if not let me know!

paigereneeposh Hello Denise! Thank you again for the purchase of the leather jacket from my closet. I just wanted to let you know that there is a spot on the elbow of the right side that looks like a sticker or glue was stuck on it and the remnants are lingering a little. It is noticeable but not too much, and we have been trying to get it out with no avail. If you would like to cancel your order I understand.
