msazeeta @denise_s9 Nice closet👌 if you're interested in the fringe bag offers are welcomed! It doesn't come with a belt but it has loops in the back to fit on your belt and it comes with a chain strap that I can adjust to your belt size if you'd like to wear the chain as a belt. I have a black one too and I use it basically every time I go out and don't want to wear a purse. It's seriously the best!!!
