@sharemithrift I don't like giving 1 star ratings, but the item I received is either badly stained or very dirty, especially the lanyard strap.
In the future, you may consider cleaning a soiled article before offering, or not offering it at all.
Also, honestly admitting the actual state of an item, with close up photos,dx would promote more honesty and truth in advertising.
I hope this doesn't come across as harsh, but as constructive criticism.

@ssk2p2 I defiantly tried to get as many pictures of the item as I could, with the reduced price and close up photos in natural light I thought that was the best I could do. I’m really sorry you were unhappy, in the future please open a case if the item is not as described! I would have been happy to take it back!

Yes, you did include many photos, but unless the photos were enlarged, the discolorations and stains were not obvious.

BTW, I found and purchased another Snow Lotus Jen ID case for a much cheaper price of $15.64 incl tax and shipping, in 'New With Tags' condition.
Would you like me to mail your case back to you?
I really have no need for it now, and you may be able to sell your case to someone else.
