I wanted to just let you know that I mailed your authentic burberry Coin purse on 2/15, Monday, as evident in its label and tracking number. I mailed it the following day you bought it but somehow, the USPS must have misrouted it. That is the reason why it was delayed however, it was not my fault and it’s beyond my control.
