stacy1607 Hi Denise! I'm seeing the drama on the CL's with Yuri. I hope you don't mind, but I'd like to address her as you are following policy by not sending her cash (a repair doesn't cost 150-200). I suggest you read one of her CL sales. She wasn't exactly nice or accommodating to her buyer. If I'm seeing the drama, so are others on here. Her post with pics is what's drawing attention to this. I'm shocked by her immediate request for cash!

denisec216 @stacy1607 thank you, but like I told her she can just send the shoes back. I don't have a problem with any of my sales they are what I describe. Some how I missed the heel, but I also told her if she having suck a hard time buying so she say go to the store and buy them new and she won't have a problem. But she wants to buy used and cheap so she will get used. But thanks for the heads up.

stacy1607 @denisec216 She's not a nice person and I found it odd that she immediately knew the repair price of 150-200. She may have done this to those shoes to get cash. You keep saying return them and it's pissing her off because she hoped you'd pay her. I would never sell to her after what I've read here. She may do even more damage since she's being forced to return them. I'd be worried for those shoes... She's awful!
