jlock96 Hi Denise! You recently purchased a VS PINK purple duffle from me. I looked at the tracking for your item today to see if it was delivered and it hasn’t been delivered. If you check the tracking of the package on USPS website it says that a delivery attempt was made but they couldn’t access the delivery location. The USPS tracking page says they will attempt again tomorrow.

jlock96 I wanted to inform you about the delivery problem so you could check out the tracking for yourself. I have contacted Poshmark about this in the hopes that they would inform you about delivery problem. I have not heard back from Poshmark so I wanted to contact you directly.

niseyb528 @glamourfanatic Good day yes in fact they were brand new the only issue that I ran into is that in your description you suggested that we size up in which I did, because of doing so the shoe is too big and I am unable to wear them

glamourfanatic @niseyb528 Did you go up just one size or two? For literally everyone else, going up a size gave a perfect fit. I have sold a few hundred pair of those from my actual store. And that was the feedback from everyone.

niseyb528 @glamourfanatic I wear a size 9 and I went up 1 size as you suggested which would be the size 10 that I purchased from you. At this point I fail to believe you would’ve provided excellent customer service by exchanging the size seeing that your sole reason for contacting me was because I gave you 4 stars as opposed to 5 for a shoe that I can’t even wear. Anywho you have an amazing day!

glamourfanatic @niseyb528 That's why. You went two sizes up. One size up would have been a 9 1/2. You purchased a 10. So that was on you. If a 9 1/2 wasn't available, you shouldn't have purchased the shoes at all. So basically, you lowered my rating because you don't follow directions. LOL
