taximoda I sold you the juicy Couture keychain, you rated 4/5 and commented that shipping time could improve, I would like to better understand and what you mean by that and what was the issue with the shipping time. You purchased it on Nov 29 at 1:31 pm and I shipped it out the item on Nov 30 at 3:25pm. I am very efficient with my shipping, your the first buyer that has a problem with it.

regent3315 @taximoda first of all I love the keychain. There was no problem except that I received the package in 5 days on December 3rd in normally receive packages in 2 to 3 days. I dont view 4 stars as a bad rating but have to reserve the best rating of five stars for the sellers who beautifully gift wrap include free gifts and even personal notes. Does that make sense. I don't want you to be unhappy and since you're so worried about it I will change your rating. I appreciate your concern
