I saw your comment on that listing and I wanted to tell you that she never answered back and even blocked me from messaging her and leaving comments and I’ve opened 3 different cases w Poshmark and they haven’t resolved anything. I’ve reported the page multiple times but obviously she’s still selling counterfeit goods

deasmith @marlenemiddl877 ugh! I opened a case as well but posh says they can’t do anything since my package already shipped. Once I receive it (or don’t receive it) then I can request my money back. So frustrating! I have been scammed before on here but thought since she was a posh ambassador that it was a safe purchase. I think they are hacking peoples profiles 😭

deasmith @marlenemiddl877 hello! I’m sorry I meant to message you! I got a notice my package arrived on Saturday and my husband checked at the post office and they had no record of it. It finally arrived on Monday but it was like you said. Obviously a fake. Super cheap leather. I purchased the Tonca style and the tag said it was the Sept. I opened a case saying “not authentic” I added a pic of the bag I received with the tag and then a screen shot of Polene’s Sept bag.

deasmith @marlenemiddl877 I also noted that the Polene website says their bags have a suede lining inside and showed a pic of the way the bag I received looks like inside. Also showed the cheap poly dustbag it arrived with compared to a authentic Polene dustbag. They approved my return case and I shipped it off today.

deasmith @marlenemiddl877 I’m happy I will get a refund but am still super pissed that this person is getting away with scamming people. She wrote in the case that the bag was a gift from a friend. I mentioned that she has many “gifts” on her page and that selling counterfeit items is illegal

marlenemiddl877 @deasmith yes! That’s what she said in the case for mine! She’s also blocked me from commenting so I can’t warn other buyers. This is so frustrating, I don’t get what Poshmark is doing. My case has been in review since Saturday.
