kb_collection @denise94553 It's all good, but if it helps, you must be thinking of a different item. I would never sell a beauty item that had been opened or used. I did take the jar out of the box to photograph it, but I have not opened the jar. If I didn't already have a new container of a similar product, I'd be keeping it. It's amazing stuff!😃
