Quick tip, when buying always use the "add to bundle"🛒 feature it will allow sellers to offer you a private deal on all the items you've added from their closet!! @ddhopper I feel the same way!! This site is amazing! You can find just about anything you can dream up!! I'm finding clothes I used to wear but the stores went out of business!! The prices are incredible!! Keep in mind even the pricier items you have wiggle room with if you add it to a bundle, which is why i always give that tip!! Have fun!! It's very addicting lol😄

@aronek aww sweetheart I don’t think I was ever promised next day shipping! I hate you had to have surgery, but very happy they found out what was wrong & hopefully fixed it! Gallbladder ugggg, can make you really sick... a few days and you will feel better, get plenty of rest & read up on what to not eat now that it’s gone!! Thanks for the quick shipping after your surgery though!! Prayer sent for quick healing!!

@ddhopper Hi sweetie! If you emailed Posh you should have received an email stating they will contact you back and thy will do that by email. I think it takes a few days before they get back to you. If you have an issue with an item you purchased you have three days to report it before you accept the order. You can always try to contact the seller for anything related to a purchase. If seller is helpful you might not have to contact Posh. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Guess I should have read all of their rules & how to use Poshmark!! 😔 I accepted the order because I thought you were suppose to when you received it...I got the mail before I saw that they had sent me a reminder or whatever they call it about receiving it, (I thought that was just to confirm you received it!) anyhow the shoes looked great looked I said, later I put them on made 2 steps and one broke!!

@ddhopper Sorry about that! Yeah, once you accept the order, that means everything is OK with it and Poshmark releases the funds to the seller, that's why they can't help now. Try contacting the seller, maybe she is willing to help. Wish you all the best!

Poshmark should really set up a feature for when something happens that is really not anyone’s fault you can pm them...it’s like you are calling them out on a mistake or defect for everyone to see & that might hurt y’all’s business if they don’t read ALL of the comments or truly know the whole story!!
