@pickmeupforless thank you!, I pulled it out and left it in a warm place. To see if it will get the creases out. I would love to have a better one that's not creased. I'm kinda locked into this purse. I bout 2 other wallet accessories to go with it as well. Yeah the box was smashed. I've never seen that before.
