jenn_momof3 Hi! I’m sorry you did not find my packaging up to par. May I ask why you did not like the padded envelope? I’ve always shipped shoes in a padded envelope with no issues. I will take your feedback into consideration next time. Thanks!

sturgis4 Unfortunately this time the package was not padded, it was literally a thin envelope from USPS...the shoes ended up with some dents and scrapes from the shipping. I would definitely ship shoes in a box.

krystledv @sturgis4 I dropped it off the same time I shipped the gold belt and I got a receipt but it I think it’s in my car some where because it’s not in my purse. The gold belt has already been received.

sturgis4 I will check my PO Box again today. Poshmark still doesn’t show any shipping information on my order. Usually I can track packages, but this time it says pending shipment. Also poshmark sent me a notification they were sending you a reminder to ship a few days ago.

krystledv @sturgis4 Ok so I sent Poshmark an email about the issue on Friday and i got a generic email back saying they would look into it but it might take some time because of the weekend which make sense for USPS. I’m hoping to locate the dress but if you want to cancel the order I completely understand. I am so very sorry about any inconvenience.

sturgis4 @krystledv Have you found the receipt for the shipping as of yet? The receipts always have the tracking number on them. I will check the post office again today and hopefully it’s there.

krystledv @sturgis4 I am so sorry I just saw this, at the hospital I don’t get good reception & have been working double shifts. The email from posh said to reach out to them on the 16th for a possible tracking number...? That’s all the email said so I don’t know if they were able to locate the dress or just trying to keep the communication going. The email was pretty vague. So I reached out to them asking for “said” tracking # on the 16th.

krystledv I honestly think the dress is lost :( Which makes me very sad because I bought that dress for my wedding rehearsal & I didn’t get to wear it because I was rear ended & missed half of it being f in the ER. I was hoping someone would finally get to use that dress.
