disneygurl2u I see that the necklace I purchased went to Florida. I won't be back til Jan. 2. Please tell me , I got someone else's purchase and they got mine? I understand things like this can happen. I will write to Poshmark about this as well and see what they can do to make sure this issue is resolved.

disneygurl2u In regards to the mix up, I need to know what the package looks like : its size and have an idea of what would be inside of it (clothing or jewelry) - size and type of item to get an idea of what to look for, and the date it arrived. I have a locking mailbox so if it is small, it should be safe, if it is a large item, it would be dropped in a slot in my gate. There is a tracking on the item. Do you have current tracking information on the item that was sent to me by accident?

disneygurl2u Again, I will not be able to mail out any items till Jan. 3 as I get back from my trip on the day before. However, if it is necessary, I could get someone else at my house to mail it back. But I would prefer to be the one to do it as to make sure all goes smoothly. I just need to know more about what the package looks like and when (date) it supposedly will arrive or if it has arrived already.

disneygurl2u I will either mail out the necklace back today or tomorrow but have a problem - as you have re sent the necklace that I purchase. there is no option to return the wrong one with the labeling paid for by poshmark. I may have to pay out of pocket for shipping...uggh....I would then need your address to mail it back, I will tell Poshmark my concern and see what they can do.

disneygurl2u I have informed Poshmark about the issue in regards to the wrong item and hopefully hear back from them soon. I guess they will send me a new label for me to send it back to you. I hope it swiftly gets back to you so I can finally get me purchase that I have been so looking forward to get.

disneygurl2u I hope by tomorrow this issue gets resolved as this is ridiculous. It should not be a problem and I should have been able to mail it back to you by now and be able to get my purchase! Maybe you can do something? It was your mistake. Not that I have any issues on it. I am aware mistakes like this happen and worry that as a seller, I could make that mistake someday. I try to be careful not to. I am learning about how the process goes for a situation like this ever arises for me.

disneygurl2u I have been very patient and understanding through this whole issue with the purchase mistake. I understand it can happen to anyone. Poshmark seems to now be confused about what is going on and will refund my money. I am very disappointed. Apparently, according to Poshmark, I will not be getting the necklace I ordered but a full (or partial) refund instead. I do understand. I did the right thing and returned it of which anyone who is decent would. I would expect the same from anyone.

disneygurl2u However, I am still confused as what will happen now. I know mistakes happen but this is ridiculous and they do not even have a phone number to contact them about such issues. Please clarify the issue to them and make the thoroughly understand and it seems they are confused. I was so looking forward to getting the Celtic necklace set and fairly paid for it. You also offered to send me another jewelry set for the inconvenience. I think I am going to cry.

disneygurl2u What I am especially concerned about is that payment I made disappears through this confusion. I want you to get your money and I want to get the purchase. It just seems that each tome I have contacted Poshmark, I have to clarify all over again what the issue is as they seem to not be aware of it otherwise.
