deanyce1971 @dbell1324 go to your purchases & it should list there & should tell you when it ships & you can track the package. It should give you a tracking number. Please let me know if this helps. If I need to better/further explain just let me know & I’m happy to do so.

deanyce1971 @dbell1324 keep trying to reach her but keep in mind sellers have 7 days to ship the item then you can cancel the order if you like. That’s really about all you can do. I shipped something before Thanksgiving & it’s still out in shipping somewhere with the post office. However it has tracking information stating “it will arrive late” & I can’t get the post office to help me. It’s frustrating. Try to be patient. 😜
