drahoroky @lourabee Thanks so much. I did my first rehab during covid lockdown and now I just hunt for bags to save - it’s gotten a bit ridiculous 😂. I love the quality and simplicity of these older bags and keep way too many for myself :)

lourabee @drahoroky I don't blame you. I gained some interest in these old Coach bags when I found a nice Willis here. Was shocked to see the other day it was made in Italy! :) They just don't make them like they used to. Restraining myself from that beautiful black briefcase you have... The purse forum folks should be drooling over your work. :)

drahoroky @lourabee I know - the quality is amazing! The briefcase has some wear on the corners that I could touch up if you are interested. I only touch up bags I keep for myself and the results are amazing but choose not to on bags I sell as most people prefer everything original. Shoot me an offer if you want!

lourabee @drahoroky Oh my gosh I'll definitely seriously think about it. Ugh. :) You'll have to fill me in how you care for the corners. My Willis has that bit of corner wear/rubbing. Dye or conditioning or? I only used leather cleaner on it.

drahoroky @lourabee Angelus Leather paint. Just dab a small amount on and tap it in with your finger to blend then condition after it dries. Works great! You should check out the Coach rehab forum on TPF - they are great and once you do a full rehab you will be hooked!

lourabee @drahoroky Thank you! Yes I've seen. I saw all the comments about "dunking" and had no idea what everyone was talking about. I had to go back a bunch of pages to see it literally meant a bath. Aak! But clearly it works... I think my bag is in nice enough condition that that's not necessary. But very interesting process which you've clearly mastered. :)
