twofriscloset Hello!! Thank you for your purchase of the Ugg boots. I was checking on shipping since we shipped it out on June 8. I’ve heard there have been issues with USPS, so I am guessing with this, but it looks like the package has been in Cincinnati until today. It was scanned on the 8th but just arrived in Cincinnati. I am sorry for the delay and I’ll keep watching.

mistdee @twofriscloset ok, thank you, I saw that too but I said I’ll give it till Monday and then contact you about checking with USPS as to why it hasn’t moved. I bought some more def Etsy a month ago and after over a week of no activity I contacted seller who contacted post office and it was just sitting there in a bin. I received it the next day(guess they sent it express). So we’ll see by Monday. Thanks for following up.

twofriscloset @mistdee I “think” it has moved from initial drop off from Ft. Thomas where it has been sitting and it always goes to Cincinnati. Unless it has skipped scanning. That’s happened too and it shows up all of a sudden. I am sorry you have had to wait. I’ll keep track as well. mistdee @daylilyco you’re lying, you ordered the glitter Skechers on May 5, it was delivered and you accepted with no problem and I was paid, the mix up was you being sent sandals that were meant for someone else and I contacted you and you returned them, you then later orders the same same sandal so I sent same package unopened back to you. I have proof of everything you texted and paid. I’ll sue you for defamation, don’t play with me.

mistdee @daylilyco correction you order the sandal May 5, it was delivered and you accepted and money was paid to my account, you rated 5 stars. The mix up was you being sent the glitter Skechers that was for beccaroberts. I contacted you and you returned it. When I saw your name again in the email for sale it looked like it was for the glitter you had just returned, especially when you already bought and accepted that same the sandal in May. So I sent you back the glitter Skechers.

mistdee @daylilyco liar, the shoes are excellent and worn once, if not you’re style fine but others like them and ordered them, the mixup was them being sent to you instead of Becca, your ass ordered and accepted the sandals in May, I was paid, now in the end of June you claim you never got them, what did you accept in May then? and rates it 5 stars on?.

mistdee @daylilyco the photos of the ‘Bobs Skechers’ you’re referring to are on the site and are excellent. I have proof of you rating the sandals you received 5 stars, me asking you if you received the mistaken item and you sending it back. You are entitled to refund for ‘copy’ of original sandal, I forgot to mark them sold, I have not been payed for them. Send back the glitter shoes as well. I will sue you for defamation of character/slander/libel if you don’t watch your speech.

mistdee @daylilyco so you’re telling me when you ordered the sandal May 5, it never arrived?, I mailed them using poshmark label, USPS tracking says delivered, you rated item and never contacted me about not getting item. Becca ordered the ‘Bob’s’ May 14, still no word from you about your missing item. Becca/poshmark contacted me May 28 and I discovered the mislabeling and contacted you.

mistdee @daylilyco June 1 you replied that you received the mislabeled item yesterday( would be May 31), we agreed on you sending it back as “return to sender”. On that date, June 1, you still didn’t say anything a about not receiving the sandal from May 5.

mistdee @daylilyco You said you never got sandal but USPS tracking says they delivered to your address, I’m certain I sent them, the chain/silver part has weight and made noise in the packaging I shipped( the USPS padded envelope). Is there anyone else at your address that could’ve picked up the package and perhaps put it down somewhere and forgot about it?

daylilyco I seek out these sandals because I like them. The only way I’m gonna get the old pair of sandals is by you realizing that you never sent them to me. I will let it go because it was my fault that I clicked five stars and shouldn’t have. However I now have another pair of shoes that is not mine which is the same situation we were in before. Am I going to get the sandals or not? I am not going to OK the purchase. Until I get the right order.

mistdee @daylilyco you received wrong shoe May 31, then I sent back the same shoe again last week(mistakenly, because I had already sent the sandal May 5, the tracking number says delivered). I don’t have that shoe/sandal because I sent it out May 5, I have the brown one with gold chain. Do you want that one?. I’ll go check with postal tomorrow about other shoe not being delivered.

Their system says package with that tracking number( Poshmark shipping label) delivered to your address May 13 to front door/porch at 10:52am. They said there’s nothing more they can do unless video shows it was taken by worker or someone else other than you.

mistdee @daylilyco that person didn’t get anything because both shoes got sent to your address. It happened because I printed your label again for the Bob shoe, I went to the email and saw ‘black’ and just printed it and put on package.

mistdee @daylilyco The black sandal was delivered to your address on May 13 at 10:52am. USPS scanned the label generated by Poshmark at the post office on May 10 at 4:23pm. I don’t know who received it at your building/complex front desk but it was delivered there. The weight of the package is accounted for on the shipping receipt(chain on sandal). Have them run the cameras for that date/time and see who took it from the postal worker.

mistdee @daylilyco you received the Bobs shoe on May 31, I texted you May 28 about them and you responded June 1 that you had received them yesterday( May 31). Those were ordered on May 14 by Becca a day after USPS says your order was delivered and you rated it(May 13). I have the the ship receipt with the weight of package from the day I went to drop it off(May 10). I reprinted your label by mistake a because I saw “black” in the email, just printed and put it on the Bob package.

mistdee @daylilyco you are mixing up May 13, with May 31. The sandal was delivered May 13 per per post office, the Bob was delivered per you on May 31. I asked about them on the 28 and you responded to me on June 1 they had come yesterday, that would be May 31. I also have the receipt with weight of the package(lighter than the sandal). I shipped to you twice using same label/tracking, second ship was the mistake shoe. I have the postal receipts for both dates.

mistdee @daylilyco post office isn’t going to lie for me, I scan and printout doesn’t lie. Cameras don’t lie either, would you like me to get the footage for both of those dates?, they will match the ship receipts time/date and where sent(you). Check you camera footage from May 13, you may not have gotten the package but postal delivered it to your address.

mistdee @daylilyco on June 1 you didn’t say anything about not receiving the sandal(only spoke about the package I inquired about May28). On June 11 when I let you know the Bob had been received (per our discussion that you would return them) you still didn’t say you hadn’t received the sandal ordered on May 5. You didn’t inform me it didn’t come until after June 23 and that was only due to me sending you the Bob a second time( that being 3rd delivery to your address).

daylilyco I never got the black sandals either time I ordered them. Both times I ordered them I got different pairs of shoes in the mail …both times. The second time I ordered them I got the Bob shoes. The first time I ordered them I don’t know what I got and I returned it to you return to sender. I still have not gotten the black sandals I don’t even know what you’re talking about. I will check again tomorrow but I assure you I have never received the black sandals.

daylilyco I have ordered over 100 things from Poshmark. Possibly more. This is the first time I’ve ever had any issues other than people sending me something by accident and me sending it back. You have sent me the wrong item On two completely different occasions. And I still haven’t gotten the shoe I want. It just is a lot. Again I will check tomorrow but I looked today and they were not there. I have a front desk staff. They sign for my packages.

mistdee @daylilyco I believe you ‘personally’ didn’t get them but they were delivered to your building. The second time you did not because I wasn’t paying attention that you ordered the ‘copy’(seeing as I had already sent them to you May 10), I thought you were saying you decided on the going with the sparkle Bob. When I saw your upset messages I was confused and then back tracked out earlier messages and saw you said you had never opened the Bob.

mistdee @daylilyco this is my first time having an issue selling, I’ve had a few buying. I completely own sending the mistake shoe but the original order was sent out, was sent out and delivered per the post office prior to the mistaken shoe ever being sent. Ask them to check the camera for that date/time. May 13, 10:52 am front door/porch. The next delivery said delivered to receptionist/front desk/mailroom.
