raustin9 Hi Denise. I just received the reversible coat and I love it. I did notice the tag states 1x vs XL. I am curious if the 1x is considered xl?

greendhg @raustin9 Yes, that would be fine. Have you looked at the other one in my closet. They each look a little different than the other. But, if you are satisfied with the other one, I will exchange. I have never made an exchange before on here. So, I am not exactly sure how that happens.

gallolaurel Hi Denise, thanks for the Kork-ease shoes. I accepted the delivery but just realized they are a size 9, not a 10. As much as I love them I won't be able to wear them. Is there anything that can be done?

greendhg @gallolaurel Hi....Sorry the shoes don't fit. You accepted the shoes and rated them already. I think that means that you accepted the shoes. I wonder if you would like to trade them for something else or if you have friends who would want to buy them from you? I want to be fair and friendly. You have had the shoes longer than the 3 days now. You can contact Poshmark if you would like to see if more can be done. Again, sorry for the issue.

gallolaurel @greendhg Thank you for offering to work with me to try to resolve. I should have looked more closely before accepting. They were listed as 10 but they do indeed say 9 in one of the photos. There isn't anything I want to exchange for right now so I'll probably donate.
