ladydigan Hi Denise. I am the person who purchased from you and you were unable to locate the knitter tool. You son packed my order while you were sick. I do hope you are feeling better and are fully recovered. I never heard back from you regarding the missing item and at this time would appreciate a refund of the $12.00 plus tax & shipping. I feel that I have been very patient and truly expected you to follow through on this issue, but again, never heard from you. Thanks! Dawn
