Hi! It means that something is not right with the payment option you gave Posh. Did you put in your credit card? Or are you using another payment method? Check those things. Let me know if you need more help and if you work it out:)

Ohhh! I misunderstood! There is an issue with the buyers payment method! Sorry. That means they either don’t have a payment method set up or it’s not valid. That has happened to me before. They will also be notified that their payment was declined. Hoping they update it for you!
