Hi! There has been a mistake made from my part with your order. I accidentally placed the wrong labels on two orders. One of those orders was your order of the Chanel vip backpack. I sincerely apologize!💔Once you receive the wrong item (a Tommy Hilfiger bucket hat), please open a claim for (item not as described) and provide a photo of the item you recieved. Once the claim is approved, you should be able to get a full refund and return label.
