kittyinhammer @aailim I’m sorry they have not. When I spoke to them on the phone they said they had until April 4th to fix the situation. I actually couldn’t believe that and right now I don’t think I can pick it up. I will call again. I’m as bummed about it as you. I will keep you posted. jujuju77 @kittyinhammer yes, it takes time to lace them up. I have two small kids and unfortunately I have to be quick with my boots and run after my kids as quick as possible. The boots are very well made and comfortable. They will last you for a long time. They still sell them on the Ron website as they are quite popular among Ron fans.
