lrnystrom I’m sorry, I only reached out to POSH because I didn’t know what to do. It wasn’t meant to cause trouble. I can’t get a straight answer from them regarding what they are reviewing and what I’m supposed to do. I only wanted to know what I was to do as far as the accept or decline.

directordenise @lrnystrom hello. sorry for my delayed response. no need to apologize but I appreciate it. I have not had a case against me as a seller before so was also uncertain how to address. I had one as a buyer but had no communication with seller. since I knew the product was damaged in shipping, I wasnt sure poshmark policy. I have been very happy w poshmark response so far both from a buyer and seller standpoint. thanks and happy poshing.
