ellenasmith1213 @ncb19 Hi Denise, once a sale is confirmed you get an email instantly which contains the shipping label. Open the email attachment and print out the label from there. You can also download the label directly from the Poshmark site when you click on “my sales”. After you package up your item and take it to the post office, you will want to mark it as shipped.

ncb19 @ellenasmith1213 Hello again. I click onto download shipping label and I keep getting a message stating it’s being created an check back in a few minutes. Poshmark sent me an email about the sale however there was not an attachment to download or print a shipping label.

ellenasmith1213 @ncb19 wow, I’m sorry to hear that. I’ve never had that happen. Did you get an email? There will be an attachment to the email at the bottom. I did hear on Facebook that their servers were having some problems yesterday so maybe they are still working to resolve some issues.
