sevilcheeseman @deniseiowa because you live in Cedar Rapids (it says on your profile), I can put the price down to $13 I’m gonna be there on the 20th, I can meet you somewhere in Cedar Rapids or somewhere in Iowa city, if that doesn’t work for you, I won’t be bringing the dress down to $10-11 so it stays bellow $15 my apologies.

deniseiowa If you drop the price 10% then they offer discounted shipping. I think that is still good until midnight. I could come up on price with reduced shipping. There’s another seller with the same dress (new for $30) that I’m also watching. That’s how I found out measurements and that it had pockets. I really like the dress.
