suzisays Hello, thank you so much for purchasing the Franco Sarto heels from my closet. As I was getting them ready to mail I noticed another mark that I had not seen when I took the pictures. karenwells683 Sorry about the ship time. Post office was closed when you ordered on Saturday the 3rd. I went to the post office as soon as it opened back up on Tuesday the 6th . Because of the holiday it was closed on Monday. I get my packages out ASAP. I’m very sorry. I watched the tracking it was the P.O. fault not mine.
