indeciseapparel @dnzsariaslan Just an update, the item did arrive on Jan 30th at your local distrubution center but they said that because of COVID and the holiday season they are backed up with packages, and apparently the facility that the package was sent to is a sorting center, so its much larger. They only accept missing item requests on the 14th day that the item has been "missing" so I will be doing that this Friday for you and hopefully they will start looking for it in the facility. I truly apologize!
