daniel_farthing @makacercvadze Hi, yes, only you - all other sales delivered no problem, and I see in the comments here that this isn’t the first of your own purchases to get held at your Post Office (at your request according to the tracking language). No, I’ve not rec’d payment from PoshMark. My understanding is that you simply need to pick the package up from your Post Office, who are holding it waiting for you. Thanks 👍🏼

Yes buyer needs to pick it up, but here I was other sellers also having the same issue with this buyer. I just asked the question to those buyers who are experiencing the same as I do.

I involved Poshmark Support team as well, both buyer and Poshmark Team is with Zero reaction 😡 I sold an expensive item that god authentic and shipped to the buyer through Poshmark facility. It doesn’t feel right, why should I be waiting for my earning for already 2 full weeks 🤦‍♀️ what are your thoughts what should we do?

daniel_farthing @makacercvadze Mine (a $100 pair of Frye high tops) has been held since 06 Sep. PM support told me to check back with them if it hasn’t been collectes by the Buyer by 21 Sep (tomorrow) so that’s what I’ll be doing. I’ll let you know here what they tell me.

This is not acceptable I can understand everything if the buyer is at least communicating, still I hope is is ok heathy and not in trouble we never know! 😔 but poshmark needs to protect the sellers’ sales we are paying freaking 20% commission for what?
