So I just opened the box of the sneakers you returned and you shipped them with 1 shoe string. Being as though I missed the 3 days to report issues I thought I would let you know. I’m not sure if this was done purposely to sabotage my item because I failed to notice damage to the shoe.

I apologize for that, but to call me petty for that is a little crazy, don’t you think? What am I gonna do with ONE shoelace? Really? I never excused you of lying or being deceptive or anything, so miss me with that.
